Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of steak. Look for a steak that is at least 1 inch thick and has good marbling. Some good options include ribeye, strip steak, and flank steak.
  • Cook the steak to your desired doneness. The best way to do this is to use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the steak. For medium-rare steak, cook to an internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit. For medium steak, cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the steak rest before slicing. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the steak, making it more tender and flavorful.
  • Use a sharp knife to slice the steak. This will help to prevent the steak from tearing.
  • Serve the steak with your favorite sides. Some good options include grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a salad.

Conclusion:

Grilled Argentine steak salad is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for a summer cookout. The steak is grilled to perfection and served with a variety of fresh vegetables. The salad is also a good source of vitamins and minerals.
