2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white sugar
½ teaspoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 pinches red pepper flakes
10 leaves romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality rib-eye steaks with good marbling. This will ensure that the steaks are juicy and flavorful.
  • Marinate the steaks for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours. This will help to tenderize the steaks and infuse them with flavor.
  • Preheat your grill to high heat before cooking the steaks. This will help to sear the steaks and prevent them from sticking to the grill.
  • Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, 6-7 minutes per side for medium, or 8-9 minutes per side for medium-well.
  • Let the steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the steaks, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.
