Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, apple juice, oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt , and pepper. Bring to boil. Combine water and cornstarch in small bowl, and whisk into brown sugar mixture. Stir until thick.
- Brush grate lightly with oil before placing pork chops on the grill. Cook over hot coals for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. Brush with sauce just before removing chops from grill. Serve with remaining sauce.

GLAZED GRILLED PORK CHOPS
We've had this recipe around for some time, but just recently updated it with some new ingredients. This is also good on pork steaks and chicken.

Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
- Place the brown sugar, ketchup, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and cayenne pepper into a bowl, and stir until blended.
- Place the pork chops on the preheated grill, and cook the chops until the surface is seared but the meat is just barely pink in the middle, about 5 minutes. Brush the chops with the glaze mixture, and flip to cook the glaze onto the meat. When the glazed side shows good grill marks, flip again, brush glaze onto the pork chops, flip, and grill until the other side shows nice brown grill marks. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a chop should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

- Preheat grill on high for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, over medium heat, combine brown sugar, apple juice, canola oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil.
- In a measuring cup or small bowl, whisk cornstarch into the water and mix into brown sugar mixture. Cook, stirring constantly until bubbling and thickened. Reduce grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chops on oiled grill, brushing often with brown sugar glaze, about 6-8 minutes per side, or until digital thermometer inserted sideways into the center of each chop reads 160°F Do not over cook.

GRILLED PORK CHOPS
Steps:
- For the grilled pork chops: Whisk together the olive oil, mustard, apple juice, parsley, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper and garlic in a medium bowl.
- Put the pork chops in a baking dish or resealable gallon-sized bag. Pour the marinade over the meat. Marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature and up to 8 hours refrigerated.
- For the apple-mango chutney: Meanwhile, heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and heat until hot and shimmering. Add the onion and cook until softened, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the mango, apple juice, lemon peel and juice, sugar, cumin, apples and cinnamon stick. Cook over medium heat, stirring often and allowing the mixture to bubble and reduce, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the lemon peel and cinnamon stick before serving. The chutney can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Preheat an indoor grill pan to medium heat.
- Grill the pork chops until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chops registers 145 degrees F, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with the chutney and chopped parsley.
GRILLED SMOKED PORK CHOPS WITH SWEET AND SOUR GLAZE
Steps:
- Preheat a grill pan to medium-high.
- In a plastic resealable bag, big enough to fit the chops, mix together the sugar, honey, oil, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Add the pork chops and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Remove the pork from the marinade. Lightly brush the grill with oil. Put the chops on the grill and cook until grill marks form, about 2 minutes. Rotate the chops 90 degrees, and grill for 2 minutes more, to create diamond grill marks. Flip and cook another 2 minutes. Remove from grill to a serving platter and serve.

- In a large saucepan, combine salt, sugar and 2 cups water; cook and stir over medium heat until salt and sugar are dissolved. Remove from heat. - 2. Meanwhile 1 Tblsp. butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, brown sugar, and steak seasoning.
