Tips:

  • Choose the right pork chops: Look for bone-in pork chops that are at least 1 inch thick. This will ensure that they stay juicy and flavorful during grilling.
  • Brine the pork chops: Brining the pork chops in a mixture of water, salt, sugar, and spices helps to tenderize them and infuse them with flavor. You can brine the pork chops for as little as 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  • Grill the pork chops over medium heat: This will help to prevent them from drying out. Cook the pork chops for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the pork chops rest before serving: This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful chop.
