Tips:

  • To ensure the turkey breast is cooked evenly, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. It should reach 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the breast.
  • For a more flavorful marinade, use a variety of herbs and spices. Some good options include cumin, coriander, paprika, and oregano.
  • If you don't have a grill, you can cook the turkey breast in a grill pan over medium heat.
  • To prevent the turkey breast from drying out, baste it with the marinade or a mixture of olive oil and water every 15-20 minutes.
  • Let the turkey breast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute and make the meat more tender.

Conclusion:

Grilled chile lime turkey breast is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for any occasion. The marinade infuses the turkey with flavor, while the grilling process creates a slightly crispy exterior and a juicy interior. Serve the turkey breast with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or salad.
