Tips:
- Fresh is best: For the best flavor, use fresh catfish fillets. If you can't find fresh catfish, frozen fillets can also be used, but thaw them completely before cooking.
- Season simply: Lemon pepper seasoning is a classic flavor combination that pairs perfectly with catfish. You can also add other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
- Grill over medium heat: Catfish is a delicate fish, so it's important to grill it over medium heat to prevent it from overcooking.
- Cook until flaky: Catfish is done cooking when it flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to overcook it, or it will become dry and tough.
- Serve with your favorite sides: Grilled lemon pepper catfish can be served with a variety of sides, such as rice, potatoes, or vegetables.
