1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup good olive oil

Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use fresh sea bass fillets. If you can't find sea bass, you can substitute another mild-flavored white fish, such as tilapia or cod.
  • Make sure the sea bass fillets are completely dry before grilling. This will help them to cook evenly and prevent them from sticking to the grill.
  • Grill the sea bass fillets over medium heat. This will help to prevent them from overcooking and drying out.
  • Cook the sea bass fillets until they are opaque and flaky. This will take about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • While the sea bass is grilling, prepare the mango-grapefruit-avocado salad.
  • To make the dressing, simply whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
