BOLOGNA SALAD SANDWICH SPREAD II
This sandwich spread is a recipe from my mother and a favorite in our house.

Steps:
- Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from water, cool and peel.
- In a food processor, place eggs, bologna and sweet pickles. Blend to a spreadable consistency.
- Transfer mixture to a medium bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, increasing the amount as necessary to make the mixture smooth. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.

BURNT BOLOGNA SANDWICH
This recipe was given to me over 20 years ago by our favorite checker at the grocery store, My adult children still eat it. The sandwich isn't really burnt. These are very quick to make so the time I posted is a guess.

Steps:
- Fry bologna until lightly browned on each side.
- Lightly butter one side of flour tortilla.
- If using mayonnaise spread lightly on unbuttered side of tortilla.
- Put the slice of browned bologna and cheese on unbuttered side of tortilla.
- Fold in half and cook buttered side down in a warm skillet until tortilla is lightly browned.
- Turn and cook other side until lightly browned.
- Serve.
