EASY BANANA PUDDING
My family & friends enjoy this easy pudding & requests it frequently. A friend made this for us at work one night & shared her recipe.

Steps:
- 1. With electric mixer, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding, milk, & vanilla until it is thick. Fold in the whipped cream.
- 3. In a large bowl, add a thin layer of the pudding, then a layer of waffers. Slice bananas & layer on top of waffers. Add a layer of pudding. Repeat process until all ingredients are used, ending the top with a layer of pudding. You can then decorate the top with whole wafers or crumble several & sprinle on top. You can also top with whipped cream then add the waffers/crumbs. Cover & place in refrigerator until completely chilled.
