1 cup cubed cooked ham
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese *

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Press potatoes onto bottom and up sides of greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 minutes.

½ cup butter, melted

1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli, thawed and squeezed dry with paper towels

2 cups hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup half-and-half cream
4 eggs

1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
