- Preheat oven to 425°. Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to package directions; drain., Meanwhile, in a small skillet, melt 2 teaspoons butter. Add bread crumbs; cook and stir over medium heat until lightly toasted, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat., In a large saucepan, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cheeses until blended. Stir in ham, pepper and vegetables., Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Sprinkle with toasted crumbs. Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 10-15 minutes.

VELVETY HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet, making sure not to overcook them.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F, and grease a medium-sized casserole dish.
- In a large bowl (or directly in the casserole dish to save time cleaning up), combine veggies, ham, soup, sour cream, and milk.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
- Add in garlic powder, pepper, and onion soup mix. Mix well.
- When the noodles are done, drain them and add them to the casserole dish, stirring everything together.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the mixture.
- Top with breadcrumbs. (Optional)
- Completely cover with a lid or aluminum foil, and bake for 25 min.
- Remove the lid or foil and bake for another 20 min, or until your ham and noodle casserole is nice and golden brown on top.
- If using parsley, sprinkle over the top just before serving.
- Pour a glass of wine, and enjoy!

- Heat oven to 350. Spray 8 inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain. Rinse under cook water. Drain well.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skilled over med heat until hot. Cook onion and bell pepper 3 to 4 minutes or until they begin to soften, stirring occasionally. Add peas; cook and stir 1 minute or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Whisk eggs, milk, mustard, lemon-pepper seasoning, and salt in medium bowl.
- Layer noodles, ham, 1/2 cup of the cheese, and vegetables in baking dish. Pour in egg mixture; top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife instered in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 10 minute.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole.
- Bring water to a full rolling boil in a pot.. Cook the egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes; remove from heat, cover, and let stand until the noodles are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.
- Stir the noodles, onion, sour cream, chicken soup, ham, and Swiss cheese together in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into the prepared casserole. Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbling and the bread crumbs have browned, about 40 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Drain and pour into large mixing bowl.
