1 cup banana (mashed (3 small bananas))
½ cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
¼ cup plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
½ cup cacao (or unsweetened cocoa)
¾ tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt (just a pinch)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 12 hole muffin tray with muffin liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl: Mix together mashed bananas,peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and yogurt.

1 cup milk
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
