(shh...I think these are even BETTER) They are very thick, soft, and chewy cookies and I promise you that NO ONE will be able to eat just one. I hope you enjoy baking (and eating) these as much as I do.

EASY TASTY HEALTHY (ISH) FLOURLESS 2 WAY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
These are great and so simple you'll want to make them again and again. Adding the oats will give you a denser texture and make the cookies slightly more filling and you can serve them warm after they have half cooled. I do urge you to try them without the oats, they have an amazing light crumbly texture and a more concentrated flavour. In this case you must wait for the cookies to cool completely before removing them from the tray.

Tips:
- Use natural peanut butter: Natural peanut butter is made from 100% peanuts and contains no added sugars, oils, or preservatives. It is a healthier choice than regular peanut butter and will give your cookies a more intense peanut butter flavor.
- Chill the dough before baking: Chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much in the oven.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion the dough: A cookie scoop will help you to create evenly sized cookies that will bake evenly.
- Bake the cookies until they are just set: The cookies should be slightly golden brown around the edges and just set in the center. Overbaking will make the cookies dry and crumbly.
- Let the cookies cool completely before storing them: The cookies will continue to firm up as they cool. Storing them before they are completely cool can cause them to become soft and sticky.
Conclusion:
These healthy peanut butter cookies are a delicious and nutritious snack that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are made with simple ingredients and are easy to make. With a few simple tips, you can make perfect peanut butter cookies every time.
