3 cups yellow onions
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Salad® Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1 cup green onions
1 deep-dish pastry shell

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onions and cook for 15 minutes, stirring often until onions have lightly caramelized; cool.
