1 (8 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 (11 ounce) can Mexican-style corn
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
16 slices American cheese

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender, about 7 minutes. Drain, and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 (10-3/4-ounce) cans tomato soup
1 (8-1/2-ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (16-ounce) package processed cheese spread, cut into cubes
1 (16-ounce) package elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • In a soup pot over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, onion, green pepper, salt, and pepper 6 to 8 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients including macaroni; mix well. Pour into prepared casserole dish and cover with foil.

6 large eggs
1 lb bacon
4 cups cooked grits
16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese or 6 slices American cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons minced onions

Steps:

  • Cook grits according to directions to get four cups of cooked grits, (I use half water and half milk and a half a stick of butter (not margarine).
  • Cook bacon til crisp, making sure not to overcook.
  • Crush bacon and place in bowl.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  • In a 2 quart baking dish, spread grits in bottom evenly, sprinkle crumbled bacon and cheese evenly over the top.
  • In separate bowl whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper, and minced onion.
  • Pour over grits, bacon and cheese.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until inserted knife comes out clean, sprinkle with more cheese and melt if desired.
