My pastor's wife in NY served this at their annual open house and my husband loved it. I make it when we tailgate on the plains in Auburn. Must be served warm with a great cracker.

Tips:
- Choose the right pie crust. You can use a store-bought or homemade pie crust. If you're using a store-bought crust, be sure to thaw it according to the package directions. For a homemade crust, use a recipe that results in a flaky, buttery crust.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. The better the ingredients, the better the pie will taste. This is especially true for the cheese and fillings.
- Don't overfill the pie. Leave about 1/2 inch of space around the edges of the crust so that the filling has room to expand.
- Bake the pie at a high temperature for a short amount of time. This will help to create a golden brown crust and prevent the filling from becoming overcooked.
- Let the pie cool slightly before serving. This will allow the filling to set and make it easier to slice.
