  • Mix all these ingredients together with a whisk and dump them into a ziploc to save. Should be good in the pantry for 6 months.
  • When making the brownies, preheat oven to 350°F
  • Add eggs, oil and vanilla and mix with a fork til just blended. Do not overmix.

  • Line a 9-in. square pan with foil and grease the foil with 1-1/2 teaspoons butter; set aside. In a large heavy saucepan, combine the sugars, milk and remaining butter. 1 1/2 cups white sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with aluminum foil. Set aside.

  • Remove the loaf pan from the freezer, and pull the plastic wrap upward releasing the chocolate. You may need to use a spatula to help release chocolate from pan.

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • 2.Combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each, until thoroughly blended.
  • 3.Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture until blended. Stir in the chocolate morsels. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
