1/2 cup cold water
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1-1/4 teaspoons salt
3-1/4 to 3-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 large egg

4 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup sourdough starter, thick

1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh
2 teaspoons yeast
