1/4 cup Whole Cloves
1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
3/4 cup Pineapple Juice
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Oranges, juiced
Zest (from one orange)

Tips:

  • To ensure the ham is cooked evenly, place it in a roasting pan with a rack and add a cup of water or broth to the bottom of the pan.

  • If you want a crispy crust, increase the oven temperature to 400°F for the last 15 minutes of cooking.
