2-1/4 teaspoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, butter and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Stir in the honey, mustard and pepper., Place each salmon fillet on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. x 12 in.). Drizzle with honey mixture and sprinkle with walnuts. 1 large salmon fillet
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs, chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper
6 tablespoons butter, melted
6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4-1/2 cup honey
5 garlic cloves, chopped
1 lemon juice (3T lemon juice)
2 tablespoons olive oil, drizzle and whipped in slowly
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°; Line shallow roasting pan with non-stick aluminum foil, or spray with non-stick pan spray.
  • Combine bread crumbs, pecans, parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Make Dijon sauce by combining butter, Dijon, honey, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil.
