1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup canola oil, plus more for grill
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon brown sugar

2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
4 scallions, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Slice the beef against the grain into 1/2-inch wide strips and place into a large resealable bag. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oil, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic and ginger. 750 g rump steak
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup peanut oil
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons ground cumin

400 ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
