1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

3/4 pound beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb) cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch strips
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • Soak 20 (6-inch) wooden skewers in water 30 minutes.
