2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
4 cups cooked rice (regular or instant)

  • Serve half (2 cups) of the rice with this meal and reserve remaining rice for another recipe. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Tips for Making Horseradish Baked Chicken:

  • Choose a high-quality horseradish sauce. The better the sauce, the better the chicken will taste.
  • Don't be afraid to adjust the amount of horseradish sauce to your liking. If you like a milder flavor, use less sauce. If you like a spicier flavor, use more sauce.
  • Be sure to coat the chicken evenly with the sauce. This will help ensure that the chicken is flavorful throughout.
  • Bake the chicken at a high temperature for a short amount of time. This will help to create a crispy skin and juicy meat.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices to redistribute and make the chicken even more tender.
