- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the rotini, and return to a boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain and cool by running cold water over the pasta in a colander set in the sink.
- Combine cooked and cooled pasta with the cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, and olives in a large bowl. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.

Steps:
- Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water with about 1 tblspn of oil added. Drain when cooked.
- While pasta is cooking, cut the avocado and tomatoes into 1cm cubes and put in a bowl. Add the finely chopped onion, garlic and roughly chopped basil and capers.
- Mix the reaming ingredients thoroughly, and toss through the vegetable mixture.
- When ready to serve, put the hot drained pasta into a shallow bowl, toss half the sauce through it and spoon the rest over the top. Serve at once.

- Cook pasta according to directions. STAY CLOSE & WATCH. This pasta cooks in just minutes! Drain, rinse in cold water and set aside.
- In large skillet, saute onion in medium-hot oil 3-5 minutes to soft-crisp stage. Add garlic and chicken, lowering heat to medium. Continue to cook until chicken is done. Stir frequently so garlic is just light brown and not burnt.
- Add tomatoes, olives, vinegar. Stir.
- Return pasta, along with chives, to pan, to heat.
- Toss to dress pasta.

- Cook pasta according to pack instructions. Meanwhile, tip the mayonnaise, lemon juice and 1 tbsp of the tuna oil into a large bowl and mix. Drain the rest of the oil from the tuna, then flake the fish into the bowl and mix well.
