Time 1h10m

Yield 4 1/2 cups, 8-10 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 cups cooked chicken
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup louisiana hot sauce
tortilla chips
celery rib
parsley flakes (optional)

Steps:

  • In a 3 qouart slow cooker, combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, salad dressing and hot sauce.
  • cover and cook on low for one hour or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve with chips or celery. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.

Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken wings. Bone-in, skin-on wings are the best choice for making hot wing dip. The bones add flavor to the dip, and the skin helps to keep the wings moist.
  • Cook the chicken wings properly. The wings should be cooked until they are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. You can cook them in the oven, on the grill, or in a deep fryer.
  • Make sure the wing sauce is flavorful. The wing sauce is what gives the dip its flavor, so make sure it is good. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own.
  • Add some extras to the dip. You can add cheese, bacon, or other toppings to the dip to make it even more delicious.
  • Serve the dip with your favorite dipping vegetables. Cut-up carrots, celery, and bell peppers are all good choices.
  • Conclusion:
Hot wing dip is a delicious and easy appetizer that is perfect for any party or gathering. It is made with simple ingredients and can be customized to your own taste. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy appetizer, try making hot wing dip.
