Tips:

  • Prep Your Berries: To save time and effort, freeze your strawberries in advance. Simply wash and hull the strawberries, then freeze them on a baking sheet before storing them in an airtight container.
  • Chill Your Ingredients: Chilling your ingredients, especially the milk and yogurt, will result in a thicker, creamier smoothie. You can also use frozen fruit to get a similar effect.
  • Adjust the Sweetness: The sweetness of your smoothie will depend on the ripeness of your strawberries and the type of milk and yogurt you use. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add more honey or maple syrup to taste.
  • Make it a Protein Smoothie: To boost the protein content of your smoothie, add a scoop of protein powder or a tablespoon of nut butter.
