Time 4m

Yield 2 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup strong coffee or 1 cup espresso
1/2 cup soymilk
1/3 cup soft silken tofu
3 ice cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon brown sugar or 1 1/2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute, brown sugar blend

Steps:

  • Combine everything in a blender and puree until smooth.

Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, use cold brew coffee instead of regular coffee.
  • If you don't have a blender, you can make this recipe in a food processor or by hand. However, the texture will be less smooth.
  • To make a vegan version of this recipe, use plant-based milk and yogurt instead of dairy milk and yogurt.
  • If you like your frappe extra sweet, add more maple syrup or honey to taste.
  • For a more decadent frappe, top it with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
  • This recipe is easily customizable. Add your favorite flavors, such as vanilla extract, chocolate syrup, or caramel sauce.
