2 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon onion, minced
3 eggs
3/4 cup Bisquick
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Lightly grease an 8 inch square pan or a 9 inch pie plate.
  • Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels; discard grease.
  • Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion into pan.
  • Blend eggs, Bisquick, milk, pepper, dry mustard, dill weed and salt together until smooth.
  • Pour mixture over top of bacon mixture.
  • Bake until top is golden brown, and knife inserted comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350'. Spray Pam in 9" pie pan. (Ok to use 9-inch square pan then cut into squares for appetizers.).
  • Squeeze water from defrosted spinach and spread the spinach on the pan.
  • Beat sour cream, cottage cheese, baking mix, melted margarine and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high, or 1 minute with electric mixer. Pour into pie pan on top of spinach. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minute Cool 5 min and serve.

2 cups thinly sliced cauliflower florets
1 (9 ounce) package frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup shredded colby cheese (, about 4 ounces)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In covered saucepan in enough boiling salted water to cover, cook cauliflorets 10 minutes.
  • Drain.
  • Place in greased 9" pie plate.
  • Sprinkle with onion, green pepper and cheese.
  • Place remaining ingredients in blender container.
  • Cover and whirl 15 seconds (or beat 1 minute with rotary beater).
  • Pour into pie plate.

1/2 c jiffy baking mix
1/2 c onion,chopped
1/2 c mozzarella cheese,shredded
1 medium tomato, peeled and sliced very thinly
2 large eggs
1/2 c cottage cheese
1/2 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 pkg frozen brocolli, chopped
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1 pkg paprika, sweet mild

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Grease a 10 inch pie pan. Chop onion and sprinkle into bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.Peel and thinly slice tomato. Set aside. Beat eggs well, add cottage cheese, milk, sour cream, baking mix and butter, mixing until well blended. Fold in broccoli and pour into pan. Lay tomato slices on top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and paprika over all. Bake about 25--30 minutes.
