12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup swiss cheese, Shredded
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix, Original type
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup lettuce, Shredded
6 slices tomatoes, sliced thin

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400.
  • Spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Layer Bacon and Cheese into pie plate.
  • In medium bowl stir Bisquick mix, 1/3 cup of Mayo, the milk, pepper and eggss with whisk until blended.
  • Pour into pie plate.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Before serving spread 2 TBSP mayo over top of pie.
  • Sprinkle Shredeed lettuce over this layer.

12 slice bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1 c shredded swiss cheese or cheese of choice (4oz)
1/2 c original bisquick mix
1/3 c mayonnaise or salad dressing(i like miracle whip)
3/4 c milk
1/8 tsp pepper
2 eggs
1 c shredded lettuce
6 thin sliced tomatoes

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.(I used a square cake pan) Layer bacon and cheese in plate. In Bowl, stir Bisquick, 1/3 Cup Mayo, milk, pepper and eggs with wire whisk until blended. Pour over bacon and cheese in pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is golden beown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Spread 2 Tablespoons mayo over top of pie, Sprinkle with lettuce. Place tomato slices on lettuce. I just cut in squares and served on a plate. It is AWESOME!
