Tips:

  • Choose the right ribs. For the best results, use beef short ribs that are at least 3 inches thick. This will ensure that the ribs have enough meat on them to cook properly.
  • Trim the ribs. Before cooking, trim off any excess fat from the ribs. This will help the ribs cook more evenly and prevent them from becoming too greasy.
  • Season the ribs. Season the ribs liberally with a rub made from your favorite spices. This will help the ribs develop a delicious flavor.
  • Cook the ribs slowly. The key to cooking beef ribs is to cook them slowly and at a low temperature. This will help the ribs become tender and fall-off-the-bone.
  • Let the ribs rest. After cooking, let the ribs rest for at least 10 minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the ribs, making them even more tender and flavorful.

Conclusion:

There you have it! With these tips and tricks, you're sure to impress your friends and family with your delicious oven-baked beef ribs. So what are you waiting for? Fire up your oven and get cooking!
