IRISH MINT BROWNIES
I wanted something special to take to a church potluck, so I invented these layered treats. They are great for St. Patrick's Day as well. The brownies are topped with a mint-flavored mousse and bittersweet chocolate icing. -Lori Risdal, Sioux City, Iowa

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better your Irish Mist cocktail will taste. This is especially true for the citrus fruits, as fresh juice will provide a brighter, more flavorful taste than store-bought juice.
- Chill your ingredients: Chilling your ingredients will help to create a more refreshing cocktail. You can chill your glasses, whiskey, and citrus juice in the refrigerator or freezer before making your cocktail.
- Use a good quality whiskey: The whiskey is the main ingredient in an Irish Mist cocktail, so it's important to use a good quality whiskey. Look for a smooth, flavorful whiskey that you enjoy drinking on its own.
- Don't over-shake your cocktail: Over-shaking your cocktail will dilute it and make it watery. Shake your cocktail just until the ingredients are combined.
- Garnish your cocktail: A simple garnish can add a touch of elegance to your Irish Mist cocktail. Try garnishing your cocktail with a lemon twist, an orange slice, or a sprig of mint.
Conclusion:
The Irish Mist cocktail is a delicious and refreshing cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. It's easy to make and can be customized to your own taste. So next time you're looking for a new cocktail to try, give the Irish Mist a try. You won't be disappointed.
