This recipe is easily doubled. Par-bake rolls are found in most supermarkets and sold in packs of 6 or 12.

12 par-bake bread rolls (small size approx 2 inches long) or 12 bread, rolls- small cigar shaped
12 cocktail frankfurters
2/3 cup grated cheese (we like to use Tasty Cheddar cheese)
tomato sauce or mustard, to serve

Steps:

  • .Preheat oven to 200°C and either line a baking tray with paper of lightly grease the tray.
  • Slit the rolls from the top, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Place a cocktail frankfurt in each roll and place on the tray. Sprinkle over some cheese.
  • Bake 10 minutes- the cheese should be nicely melted and the frankfurt heated through.

1/4 cup mixed finely chopped green and red peppers
1 pkg. (14 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Angus Beef Franks
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Unroll dough onto cutting board; separate into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations together to seal. Cut each rectangle crosswise in half. Combine cream cheese spread and peppers; spread onto dough.
