Time 50m

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 can(s) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
2 1/2 c garden style spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb fully cooked kielbasa or polish sausage, cubed
1 c mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 c green pepper chopped
1/2 c sweet red pepper chopped
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Separate biscuits; cut each biscuit into forths. Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish (do not flatten). Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until biscuits begin to brown.
  • 2. Spread spaghetti sauce over biscuit crust. Sprinkle with sausage, mushrooms, peppers and cheeses. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

Tips:

  • Use a variety of toppings: Don't be afraid to get creative with your toppings. You can use anything from classic pizza toppings like pepperoni and cheese to more unique options like roasted vegetables or barbecue chicken.
  • Don't overcrowd the pizza: When you're adding toppings, be sure to leave some space between each one. This will help the pizza cook evenly and prevent the toppings from becoming soggy.
  • Use a sharp knife to slice the pizza: A sharp knife will help you get clean, even slices of pizza. Be sure to slice the pizza all the way through, so that each slice has a crispy bottom.
  • Serve the pizza immediately: Pizza is best served hot and fresh. If you're not going to eat it right away, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. When you're ready to eat it, reheat it in the oven or microwave until it's warmed through.

Conclusion:

Kielbasa biscuit pizza is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that's perfect for busy weeknights. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a pizza that the whole family will love. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give kielbasa biscuit pizza a try.
