1 half a small red onion, (thinly sliced)
6 oz Gorgonzola, Feta, Goat, or Bleu Cheese (crumbled)
5-6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cups roasted almonds, sliced or chopped pecans
1/2 cup Homemade Poppyseed Dressing*
Baked chicken (optional)
