Put one fourth of crabmeat across lower third of wrapper (nearest you), leaving a 2-inch border at bottom. Spread with 1 1/2 tablespoons avocado mixture and top with one fourth each of carrot mixture, cucumber, and sliced scallion. Fold bottom of wrapper over filling and roll up tightly, putting 2 cilantro sprigs on wrapper halfway through. Make 3 more rolls in same manner (you will have avocado mixture left over).
- Trim ends and cut each roll into 4 pieces. Divide among 8 shallow bowls, standing them up, and top each with a dollop of avocado mixture and a cilantro leaf. Drizzle yuzu sauce around rolls.

Steps:
- Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon peel, and cayenne pepper in medium bowl. Mix in crabmeat and chopped green onions. Season crab salad to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread butter on insides of hot dog buns. Warm large skillet over medium heat 1 minute. Place buns, buttered side down, in preheated skillet and toast until golden, about 5 minutes. Place 2 toasted buns on each of 2 plates. Place 1 lettuce leaf inside each bun. Divide crab salad among buns and serve.
Tips:
- Choose fresh king crab meat. Fresh king crab meat has a sweet, briny flavor and a firm, flaky texture. Avoid frozen crab meat, as it can be mushy and have a less desirable flavor.
- Make sure your mayonnaise is cold. Cold mayonnaise will help to keep the crab rolls cold and refreshing. If your mayonnaise is too warm, it can start to melt and make the rolls soggy.
- Use a variety of vegetables. Different vegetables will add different flavors and textures to your crab rolls. Some good options include celery, red onion, cucumber, and avocado.
- Be careful not to overstuff the rolls. If you overstuff the rolls, they will be difficult to eat and may fall apart. Aim to fill the rolls about two-thirds full.
- Serve the crab rolls immediately. Crab rolls are best enjoyed fresh. If you need to make them ahead of time, store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
Conclusion:
King crab rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for parties, potlucks, or a quick and easy meal. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a dish that everyone will love. So next time you are looking for a new and exciting recipe, give king crab rolls a try.
