3 slices red onion, chopped

1/2-1 cup of chopped yellow onion
1/2 cup butter
2 teaspoons garlic, crushed or 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
olive oil
