Tips:

  • To make the perfect Kitty Kat Bars, use high-quality ingredients and follow the recipe carefully. This includes using real butter and not margarine, as well as high-quality chocolate and graham crackers.
  • Make sure the butter is softened before creaming it with the sugar. This will help to create a light and fluffy mixture that will be easier to spread on the graham crackers.
  • When melting the chocolate, do so slowly and over low heat. This will help to prevent the chocolate from scorching and becoming grainy.
  • Use a metal spoon to stir the chocolate while it is melting. This will help to prevent the chocolate from sticking to the pan.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, let it cool slightly before spreading it on the graham crackers. This will help to prevent the chocolate from becoming too runny and messy.
  • When cutting the Kitty Kat Bars, use a sharp knife and score the chocolate before cutting all the way through. This will help to create clean and even cuts.

Conclusion:

Kitty Kat Bars are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a batch of these classic candy bars that will be enjoyed by people of all ages.
