- Use ripe kiwis. Ripe kiwis are sweeter and have more flavor than unripe kiwis. To check if a kiwi is ripe, gently squeeze it. It should give slightly to the touch.
- Peel the kiwis before juicing them. The skin of a kiwi is tough and bitter, so it's important to peel it before juicing. You can use a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife to remove the skin.
- Add a little bit of lemon juice to taste. Lemon juice helps to brighten the flavor of the kiwi lemonade and make it more refreshing.
- Sweeten the lemonade to your liking. You can use sugar, honey, or another sweetener to sweeten the kiwi lemonade to taste. If you're using honey, be sure to dissolve it in a little bit of hot water before adding it to the lemonade.
- Chill the lemonade before serving. Kiwi lemonade is best served chilled. You can chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving, or you can pour it over ice.
