1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise (such as Follow Your Heart® Veganaise®)
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon brown mustard seeds
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 crisp apples, shredded
2 kohlrabi bulbs, peeled and shredded
4 carrots, shredded

Steps:
