½ medium yellow onion, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
salt to taste
2 tablespoons butter
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Cut kohlrabi into thin noodles using a spiralizer.
