Lamb burgers are a delicious and flavorful variation on the classic beef burger. They are made with ground lamb, which has a more intense flavor than beef, and are often seasoned with Middle Eastern spices. Green harissa is a spicy, tangy sauce made from roasted green peppers, chili peppers, and herbs. It is a popular condiment in North African and Middle Eastern cuisine, and it pairs perfectly with the rich flavor of lamb.

GREEN HARISSA

I find it great with lamb chops, my BBQ butterflied leg of lamb, chicken, and vegetarian dishes and as a flavor base for any casseroles or stews where a fresh zing is needed. Especially good cooked with a vegetable bake and in guacamole.
