1-1/2 cups finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth, divided
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups cubed whole grain bread
3 cups cubed white bread
2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring the onion, celery and 1/2 cup broth to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from the heat. Stir in the eggs, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and remaining broth until blended. Add the bread cubes, turkey and cranberries; mix well., Spoon into a 2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Uncover; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until a thermometer reaches 160°.

1 (6 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
2 (14.5 ounce) cans French-style green beans, drained
2 cups cooked, chopped turkey meat

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and dry onion soup mix.

2 large onions, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons butter
6 cups cubed cooked turkey
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 cups sour cream
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 package (9-3/4 ounces) nacho-flavored tortilla chips, crushed
4 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a Dutch oven, saute onions and jalapenos in butter until tender. Stir in turkey, soup, sour cream and spinach. 1 -2 cup gravy
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 (12 ounce) bag mixed vegetables
