1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 1/2-3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9- or 8-inch round cake pan. Separate the biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. Place one biscuit in the center of the pan.
