LEMONADE CHEESECAKE PIE

Lemonade Cheesecake Pie image

A sweet Dessert.

Provided by Eve Peterson @mumm6

Categories     Pies

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 package(s) cream cheese, softened
1 - tub cool whip, thawed and divided
1 - graham cracker pie crust
1 1/2 cup(s) sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup(s) thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
2 tablespoon(s) sugar

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add lemonade, beating well after each addition. Whisk in 2 C. cool whip, spoon into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Meanwhile, toss berries with sugar, refrigerate until ready to use. Pipe or spoon remaining cool whip around edge of pie just before serving. Top with berry mixture.

Tips:

  • Use Fresh Lemons: Freshly squeezed lemon juice gives the cheesecake pie a bright and tangy flavor. Don't use bottled lemon juice, as it won't have the same flavor.
  • Don't Overmix the Batter: Overmixing the batter can make the cheesecake tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
  • Bake the Cheesecake in a Water Bath: This helps to prevent the cheesecake from cracking and creates a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Chill the Cheesecake Completely: The cheesecake needs to be chilled for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to set properly.
  • Use a Springform Pan: A springform pan makes it easy to remove the cheesecake from the pan without breaking it.
  • Serve with Fresh Berries: Fresh berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries, add a pop of color and flavor to the cheesecake pie.

Conclusion:

This lemonade cheesecake pie is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. The combination of the creamy cheesecake filling and the tangy lemon flavor is sure to please everyone. With just a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create this delicious treat that will be the star of your next party or gathering.
