Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lay a 24-inch long sheet of parchment paper down on a work surface.
- Mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion soup mix, barbecue sauce, garlic, egg, flour, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined. Place the meat mixture down on the piece of parchment paper, and pat it into a rectangle shape about 10x16 inches. Lay deli ham slices down on the meat, keeping a 1-inch margin around all sides of the rectangle. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over the ham. Carefully lift up the short edge of the meat square with the parchment paper, and gently nudge and roll up the meat. Seal the edges and ends well. Place the meat roll into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- While the roll is cooking, mix together ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and soy sauce, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Remove the roll from the oven, and spread the ketchup mixture over the roll. Return to the oven for 15 more minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Break the meatloaf mixture into a large bowl and use your hands to lightly work in the onion, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper until evenly mixed. Take care not to overwork the mixture.
- Space the pancetta slices, if using, a few inches apart on the prepared pan and put the cutter on top of 1 piece. Divide the meatloaf mixture into 4 equal portions. Press a piece of cheese into the center and then press the meat around it to enclose it completely. Put a portion in the cutter and press gently so that it covers the pancetta evenly, and makes a neat, flat disk. Repeat with the remaining meatloaf mix to make 4 little loaves. Remove the cutter.
- Whisk the glaze ingredients in a small bowl, and then spread about 1 tablespoon of the mixture over the top and sides of each meatloaf. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 325 degrees F. and bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes more. To serve, ladle some hot marinara sauce into the centers of 4 plates, and set the meatloaves on top.

Tips:
- Choose the right meat: A combination of ground beef and ground pork is a classic choice for meatloaf, but you can also use ground turkey, lamb, or veal.
- Use a binder: A binder, such as bread crumbs, oats, or rice, helps to hold the meatloaf together. It also adds moisture and texture.
- Season the meatloaf well: Use a variety of herbs and spices to flavor the meatloaf. Common choices include garlic, onion, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Don't overmix the meatloaf: Overmixing the meatloaf can make it tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Form the meatloaf into a loaf shape: Use your hands to form the meatloaf into a loaf shape. Be sure to pack the meatloaf tightly so that it doesn't fall apart during cooking.
- Bake the meatloaf in a preheated oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit before baking the meatloaf. This helps to ensure that the meatloaf cooks evenly.
- Cook the meatloaf until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit: Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the meatloaf. It is done when it reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the meatloaf rest before slicing: Let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. This helps to keep the juices in the meatloaf and prevent it from falling apart.
Conclusion:
Little Sicilian Meatloaves are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that are perfect for any occasion. They are made with a combination of ground beef and ground pork, and are seasoned with a variety of herbs and spices. The meatloaves are then baked in a tomato sauce until they are cooked through.
