Tips:

  • Using a large pot or Dutch oven will ensure that the meatballs have enough space to cook evenly and avoid overcrowding.
  • To save time, use pre-made meatballs. However, if you prefer to make your own, use a combination of ground beef and ground pork for a flavorful and moist meatball.
  • Don't overcook the meatballs, as this will make them tough. Simmer them gently in the sauce until they are cooked through but still tender.
  • Use a good quality Dr. Pepper for the best flavor. If you can find Dr. Pepper made with real sugar, even better.
  • Feel free to experiment with different ingredients to create your own unique Dr. Pepper meatballs. For example, you could add diced onions, bell peppers, or even bacon.

Conclusion:

Dr. Pepper meatballs are a fun and easy dish that is perfect for any occasion. They are sweet, savory, and tangy, and they are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. Serve them over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes, or enjoy them on their own as an appetizer or snack. No matter how you serve them, Dr. Pepper meatballs are sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
