Time 5m

Yield 4 small shakes

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup malt powder
1 tablespoon molasses

Steps:

  • Combine the ice cream, condensed milk, crushed ice, malt powder and molasses in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  • Serve immediately in chilled glasses with straws and spoons.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the milkshake will taste. Use fresh milk, real ice cream, and flavorful malt powder.
  • Get the right consistency: A good milkshake should be thick and creamy, but not too thick or too thin. If your milkshake is too thick, add a little more milk. If it's too thin, add a little more ice cream.
  • Don't over-blend: Over-blending can make your milkshake too thin and watery. Blend just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill your glass: Chilling your glass before you make your milkshake will help keep it cold and prevent it from melting too quickly.
  • Add toppings: Top your milkshake with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, sprinkles, or other desired toppings.

Conclusion:

Malted milk shakes are a delicious and refreshing treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of effort, you can make a delicious malted milk shake at home. So next time you're craving a sweet and satisfying treat, give one of these recipes a try.
