1small can(s) ro-tel
5 sausage patties
1 jar(s) queso dip
1-8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 box chopped spinach
1 can(s) black beans

Steps:

  • 1. Fry sausage patties and crumble, then drain. Then add the can of ro-tel and beans and simmer. Cook the spinach and add. Add the cream cheese last of all and mix and simmer on low. Serve with either frito chip scoops or tostito chips

1 c ketchup
1/4 c brown sugar
1 c salsa, chunky - such as pace picante, med. heat
1, 4 oz. can(s) green chili, chopped
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 bacon strips

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put the beans in a baking dish. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, salsa, and green chili. Add the worcestershire sauce. Lay the bacon across the top. Bake for 45 minutes.
