1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 7″ x 11″ baking dish. Drain mandarin oranges, reserving the syrup. Cream butter, cane sugar and vanilla. Add egg and beat well.
