1 1/4 cups almond milk
1/2 cup coconut water (NOT coconut milk!)
1 cup papaya, peeled and cubed
1 cup mango, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup ice
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
mango, chunks
papaya, chunks

Steps:

  • Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and process for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into tall glasses and serve each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, chunks of mango and papaya, and a spoon.

4 alphonso mangoes, peeled,pitted,and chopped coarse (you can use any mango, about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 medium papaya, peeled,seeded,and chopped coarse
